What is the SRS-22r questionnaire?
The SRS-22r questionnaire is a tool designed to objectively measure quality of life outcomes of spinal deformity patients. It helps inform the treating clinician about the patient’s current health status, which areas to focus on improving, and provides a baseline to measure future results against.
It was developed by the Scoliosis Research Society, validated in the index medicus, and is used by many clinics and institutions treating scoliosis and other spinal deformities.
Until now, this form needed to be completed by hand and manually scored to calculate the patient’s results – taking considerable time and resources.
ScoliCare has taken this traditional questionnaire and developed it further as an online tool.
What is ScoliScreen?
ScoliScreen is a free web-based screening tool for checking the signs of scoliosis. It’s designed to identify risk factors that may indicate that someone has scoliosis.

Developed by ScoliCare, ScoliScreen encourages home screening, especially for children, to aid in the early detection of scoliosis so patients can get the right treatment at the right time.
It is designed to be free for anyone to use, anywhere, at any time.
